Your responsibilities:

Research works and developments regarding the function and technology of thin film solar cells

Analysis of the interactions of different layers and their consequences for the function of the solar cells

Modeling and mathematical simulation of the function of organic and inorganic thin film solar cells

Collaboration with internal and external partners

Planning and administration of work packages
Your profile:
hD degree in physics, chemistry, material science or semiconductor electronics
Research experience in the field of modeling/simulation of electronic devices
Strong analytical skills
Ability to develop new concepts and plans for research works
Good communication, English speaking
