Job Description:
You will be involved in evaluation, design implementation, system engineering and operation of platforms Unified Communications Services (VoIP) and workflow
The main working area covers the following topics:
Systems engineering and operation for platforms (UCS - VoIP and Workflow)
Computing technologies (high availability and scalability)
Incident and problem management
You will be working in an international team and ensure that a quality, integrated solution is delivered in a timely manner, on budget and to our customers' satisfaction. Furthermore stable operation and assurance of service level agreements is part of the job.
Professional Requirements:
Technical skills:

Systems engineering and operation experience of run-time environments such as Tomcat
-
Experience with VoIP, networking protocols, services, and utilities

Setup and administration of Unix systems including knowledge of HA technologies

Knowledge of virtualization techniques

Experience of database setup, design and operation

Experience in Web Services and software development using C++ or Java
Soft skills:
- Abstract thinking and problem solving skills
- Self dependent and target oriented working
- Ability to communicate and to work in international teams
- Willing to work under pressure (e.g. long hours) and on-call duty
- Ability to work effectively among multiple teams from different lines of business
Highest Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering or other technical discipline
No. of working experience: 2 years for a position as systems engineer
