Responsibilities:
Routine Tasks:
- Communicate with Asia Pacific (AP) team regarding global IT contracts
- Negotiate contracts/projects for AP in coordination with global purchase team and local AP countries
- Select IT suppliers (both global and AP-wide)
- Establish IT purchasing contracts/catalogues for AP
- In charge of daily purchase in datacenter in Singapore
- Approve/handle daily purchase requests in AP
- Respond questions and problems on IT purchase from local countries
- Work within Indirect material Bundling Team to develop more bundling projects and reach defined saving targets
Main Tasks:
- In charge of all IT purchases in AP
- Ensure compliance to Robert BOSCH Group purchasing standards in Corporate Information department in AP countries
- Implement global IT purchasing contracts/catalogues in AP
- Direct, support and monitor IT purchase activities in AP to improve supplier performance and service quality
- Maintain/improve IT purchasing process under global strategy
- Maintain/improve communication with Purchasing & IT department in AP countries
- Reach cost saving target
- Support IT Projects roll-out in AP
