Job Description:
- Contribute and/or establish business unit’s business plan
- Establish sales goals and business plans together with CSOs
- Develop sales and marketing strategies, and coordinate efforts in order to fulfill quarterly and annual objectives / targets
- Define, formulate and implement promotional activities, publicize the product through the sales force, distribution channel, above & below the line media
- Ensure effective control of the marketing results, and take corrective action to achieve set objectives / target within the designated budgets
- Explore and identify new business opportunity of the brand / range
- Evaluate / recommend distribution channel development programs
- Identify and develop quality business channels to expand distribution
- Compile, track and report competitor activities and product performance to product management team
- Compile and produce sales and marketing reports
- Provide post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operating marketing or business management role in a MNC
- Good English written and verbal communication skill
- Highly initiative and adaptability
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
- Market and customer oriented
- Good presentation skills
