Responsibilities
- Generate monthly payroll in accordance with local legislations
- Complete regular payroll reporting including total compensation reports and payroll related information for internal and external audits
- Ensure proper filing of tax returns
- Responsible for insurance policies administration, enrolment, deletion and renewal
- Maintain employee records and information in HRIS and update Corporate Systems.
- Compile statutory and other statistical information ad hoc reports/surveys as required
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in payroll processing
- Knowledge of statutory regulations, CPF contributions, and Tax laws for Singapore is an added advantage
- Experience in Paysonnel is desirable
- Able to work under tight deadlines independently and with minimal supervision
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel applications
