Responsibilities
Monthly Automotive Aftermarket (AA) Division reports and variance analyses
- Express Message preparation and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) uploading for AA Division of Robert Bosch Singapore (RBSI) and Malaysia (RBMY)
- Monthly internal report preparation and HFM uploading for AA Division of RBSI and RBMY
- Third party sales analyses, Logistics costs analyses, Aging analyses, Sales promotion and Advertising budget reports & Cost Plan reports by Profit Centers to RBSI AA Division
- Profit & loss (P&L) & Investment Budget update by Profit Centers to RBSI AA Division
- Investigation of queries from Corporate / RBSI AA Division, if any in regard to variances of those reports
- Verification for Debit/Credit Notes, Stock write-off, Internal issue to enhance the compliance
- Organizing meetings with Head of Department of RBSI AA Division to improve the payment collection cycle
- Credit control review and credit hold release
Annual Budgeting and Quarterly Forecasting
- Quarterly P&L Forecasting
- 3-Year P&L Budgeting
- 3-Year Investment Budgeting
Investment Budget and Control
- E-Work Validation on Investment Purchases (Hardware & Software) to control approved investment budget amount
- Investment budget monthly reports and updates by divisions
Ad-hoc Reports and Assignments
- Cost Element Reports
- Currency Balance Reports
- Any other tasks as requested by management
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in related fields
- Working knowledge in controlling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP experience
- Self starter, team player, strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Work in an atmosphere that is fast paced and challenging, and have ability to continually prioritize and multitask
