Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations to provide 7x24 service maintenance
- Manage service maintenance contract
- Manage and follow up customer service related issues
- Responsible for total sales revenue from service maintenance and small project sales
Requirements:
- Min. basic degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with at least 8 years working experience
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven records of capability to build up good relationship with customers
