Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations to provide 7x24 service maintenance
  • Manage service maintenance contract
  • Manage and follow up customer service related issues
  • Responsible for total sales revenue from service maintenance and small project sales

Requirements:

  • Min. basic degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with at least 8 years working experience
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven records of capability to build up good relationship with customers
