We are offering an internship within Facilities Management in Singapore starting 1st August 2010 for a duration of four to six months.
Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation of management report

Assist in monitoring of Maintenance regime and checking of related documentations

Support in tenants management
-
Assist in Health, Safety and Environment, Plant Security matters

Support in procurement and payment for services procured

Support in general office administration tasks
Requirements:
-
Understudying Diploma in Facilities Management field
-
Proficient in MS Office
-
Preferably basic knowledge of AutoCad software
-
Male as some physical work are expected
