Responsibilities
- Market analysis
- Provide pre-sales support:
- Conduct training (internal parties, partners & end-users)
- Demonstration support
- Conduct of seminars
- Product positioning
- Pricing, marketing and distribution strategy
- Commercial and technical product training
- Attending Product Information Training (PIT), review and provide feedback to PIT Marcom material (incl. marketing brief, brochures, datasheet, installation manual, customer requirement specification and any other Marcom material)
- Liaise with Business Unit in order to provide
- Customer feedback
- Product feedback
- Market feedback
- Traveling required across Asia Pacific Region (training, project support)
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in engineering or similar
- At least 5 years experience related work
- Fire and/or Public Address project experience
- Fluent in English and one Asian language, e.g. Chinese
- Able to work independently
- Good communication and presentation skills
