Easy to open
Unlike current opening aids such as ripcords, perforation, zigzag cuts etc., Pull Pack can be opened simply and efficiently. You hold the product in one hand and pull on the seal wing of the shorter part of the wrapper with the other hand or your teeth. The product and the wrapper remain firmly in your hand and the bar is ready to eat.

To produce wrappers using the Pull Pack method, existing packaging solutions simply need to be extended: The Pull Pack module can easily be integrated into an existing Sigpack tubular film packaging line. Up to 80m of cold sealable foil and 800 packs can be handled every minute.

The packaging process is very simple: First, the product is wrapped in a tubular film. When being sealed, the foil is perforated in the right place in the Pull Pack module. Then the perforation is sealed and secured using a V-fold.

An excellent solution
The innovative Pull Pack solution impressed the jury of the Germany Packaging Institute in Berlin: Sigpack Systems, a subsidiary of Bosch Packaging Technology, was awarded the German Packaging Prize in the category Retail Packaging.

The respected independent jury chose Pull Pack from among 150 entries based on strict criteria. The German Packaging Prize serves to encourage the entire industry and make the public aware of creative packaging ideas.

The renowned World Packaging Organisation also distinguished Pull Pack with the "Worldstar Award for Packaging Excellence".
