Goal and Performance Dialogue

Once a year, you will review your tasks and projects with your manager, discuss the goals achieved, and determine the course for the year ahead. You will get feedback on your performance and your strengths.

In the goal agreement, you will talk about your next goals and identify activities which help you to achieve these goals. If the goals change before the end of the year, you can, of course, re-discuss these during the course of the year.

Career and Development Dialogue

During the Career and Development Dialogue, you will describe your goals for the next three years and discuss with the other participants how these can be achieved. The discussion is geared towards the alignment of your own goals and self-assessment with those provided by your manager and the HR Business Partner. By reflecting together on goals, strengths, and opportunities for career development, specific opportunities and appropriate activities are identified.

Competence Management

Competence Management is our systematically managed process for identifying and developing professional and methodological competencies and ensuring that the required competencies are available in the right place at the right time. Your manager determines which competencies need to be developed within your organizational unit.

Talent and Associate Review

The Talent and Associate Review is held annually together with your manager and HR Business Partner. In this review, your personal and professional development potential, goals, and activities will be evaluated. In this way, we ensure that we do our best to meet the needs of our specialists and managers and provide further professional development opportunities to Bosch associates.
