Goal and Performance Dialogue

Once a year, you will review your tasks and projects with your manager, discuss the goals achieved, and determine the course for the year ahead. You will get feedback on your performance and your strengths.

In the goal agreement, you will talk about your next goals and identify activities which help you to achieve these goals. If the goals change before the end of the year, you can, of course, re-discuss these during the course of the year.

During the Career and Development Dialogue, you will describe your goals for the next three years and discuss with the other participants how these can be achieved. The discussion is geared towards the alignment of your own goals and self-assessment with those provided by your manager and the HR Business Partner. By reflecting together on goals, strengths, and opportunities for career development, specific opportunities and appropriate activities are identified.
